We always make sure our fabric and printing is top quality. If you have any quality complaints, send us an email at 15@fiveteen.com with your concerns and we will gladly help you resolve it.

SENT ORDERS

We do not accept refund requests after an item has been shipped. Make sure to confirm the style and sizes you want before ordering. However refund requests can be processed after the receiver sends back the product.

SIZE

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for size complaints. Please make sure to confirm your correct size before purchasing. If you are having problems picking a size, send us a message with your height and weight and our specialists can assist you.
